Hi, I'm Ashleigh.

I'm a proud Arizona native who grew up in North Phoenix and now happily calls Gilbert home with my husband, Joe, and our two French Bulldogs, Louie and Jetta. If you've ever met a Frenchie owner, you already know they're slightly spoiled. Ours are no exception.

My real estate journey started long before I became a REALTOR®. I bought my first home at 19 years old because my dog needed a backyard. What started as a personal goal quickly became a passion and eventually a career.

Since earning my real estate license in 2013 and my Broker's license in 2017, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers, sellers, and renters navigate some of life's biggest decisions. Today, I serve as both a REALTOR® and Managing Broker, giving me a unique perspective on the industry and the experience to guide clients through everything from first homes and investment properties to luxury homes, 55+ communities, new construction, and major life transitions.

My approach is simple: I believe real estate should feel less overwhelming and more empowering. I sweat the small stuff so you don't have to. I'm known for clear communication, strong contract knowledge, honest advice, and staying calm when things get complicated. My job is to help you make confident decisions and feel supported every step of the way.

At the end of the day, real estate is about people, not properties. It's about growing families, fresh starts, retirement dreams, career moves, and finding a place that truly feels like home. Being trusted to help guide those moments is something I'll never take for granted.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me at Lagree class, spending time with family and friends, crocheting, organizing something that probably didn't need organizing, planning a quick Las Vegas getaway, or enjoying a good cup of coffee around Gilbert.
